Mrs. Coar

Hello! My name is Peyton Coar. I am the band director for the Middle School & High School. I also teach keyboarding classes, music appreciation, and private lessons. This is my 8th year of teaching at Edinburgh! I received my Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Indiana State University in December 2015.

My tuba-playing husband and I met in the college marching band, and together we have 3 daughters, 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a ton of fish. In addition to teaching, I love to play my flute, read, neglect my plants, and go on adventures with my girls whenever possible!
