Mrs. McLaughlin

Hello! My name is Susie McLaughlin. Currently, I teach ERC, middle school PE, and high school Health. I have been in education for 11 years but this is my first year as a licensed teacher in a public school system.  I earned a BS in Marketing from Indiana State University and worked in sales and marketing for over 20 years before transitioning to teaching, securing my license in September, 2022. I worked as an Aide for inclusion classes at Southport High School, and later at Atterbury Job Corps teaching Career Preparation and Math.

I live on a lake and enjoy kayaking, swimming and living with nature. I have always enjoyed health and fitness and am blessed to be teaching these subjects. Last March I married Mike and together we have 4 children, 6 grandchildren, a dog and cat.
